This is a bullet pen made out of two 308 caliber cartridges placed back to back. These once fired shells have a clear coat finish over a raw shell with a warm patina straight from the field. The finish is as durable as car paint so it will keep the patina on the pen exactly as it sits today for the rest of its life. It's a cross style twist pen with a gun metal grey tip and clip that gives a beautiful contrast to the main finish creating a really sharp look. 

These are smooth writing, refillable twist ink pens made from real once fired 308 rifle bullets. There are ejector marks on many of the bullets showing their authenticity, this is made by power eject assist when on full auto (the military not me...) it renders as a small 2mm smooth dent at the shoulder of the bullet. It is covered by the smooth powder coat finish so it feels like a small impression. On the top bullet I can hide this with the clip, but if it is present on the bottom bullet I cant do anything. In the end these are meant to look as if they were from the field but if that is not OK this is not the pen for you.
